I've overcome so many hurdles this week. I finally have that second title at Examiner.com and I am excited. My bubble was busted though when my first National article was unpublished. It was not 'on topic' so they decided they would remove it. I guess its the lesson I needed to learn. I enjoyed the article and wanted to give it life somewhere else. I'll post it on my blog so I can forever have the article that broke my heart and saved it at the same time.

In light of the President's new found appreciation, it's important to recognize how our current President has been receiving a lot of backlash because he is treading new ground in the political arena.
President Barack Obama has walked in a unique direction since becoming our President in 2008. We rallied behind the 'Yes We Can' campaign only to flee when all things did not go perfectly.
Maybe its time for us Americans to remember, 'United we stand and divided we fall'. We've fallen short as a nation as we've grown too comfortable with criticizing those who we've elected as our leaders. It's very American to question authority buts its also more American to support our leaders we've elected.
Congratulations on a job well done Mr. President.
